Up to 6. Two bedrooms have a queen bed each. The third room has a bunk bed (full on the bottom, twin on top) plus a full-size pullout sofa. There is 1 full bathroom.
Yes. There is a pack 'n play crib and a high chair, a full kitchen, a washer and dryer, and a big fenced backyard with string lights.
Check-in starts at 3:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM (Pacific time). Check-in is self-service with a keypad code sent before arrival.
Yes. Free parking in the shared driveway, plus free street parking.
Yes. A detached studio sits behind the house with its own entrance, kitchen and bathroom. It is booked separately and is set up for stays of 30 nights or more.
Full refund if you cancel at least 14 days before check-in, and a 50% refund if you cancel at least 7 days before check-in.
Exterior security cameras cover outside areas only, and a noise monitoring device tracks noise levels. Nothing is inside the living spaces. Neighborhood quiet hours are 10 PM to 8 AM.
